As we fast approach the depths of Winter 2020, the Clubs within the Scottish Ju Jitsu Society remain closed with little prospect of return.
We are of course aware that limited aspects of training can potentially be facilitated in a Group but we have, to date, decided that no open class coaching and training will take place unless we can practice safely with contact and by so doing we do not increase the risk to others.
There are many ways in which we all as individuals can maintain our martial skills and fitness and I trust each of us will seek to do that in the ways that suit you best. Sadly that does not open the door to new members or help the progress of technical knowledge and skill in existing students and for that I am sorry.
Nevertheless l still remain positive and hopeful that Spring 2021 will bring a way forward for us and forgive the flippancy, that the risks of training will return to that of serious injury 😃 and not in contributing to a worldwide pandemic.
Stay safe, keep fit 👊🥋
